Zakres obowiązków:
- projektowanie (budownictwo mieszkaniowe i budynki komercyjne)
- bieżąca współpraca z zespołem w zakresie realizacji projektów
- nadzór merytoryczny i organizacyjny nad projektami oraz nad pracą całego biura

Wymagania:
- kierunkowe wykształcenie wyższe (architektura)
- kilkuletnie doświadczenie w projektowaniu / pracy na stanowisku Architekta lub Kierownika zespołu
- uprawnienia budowlane do projektowania w specjalności architektonicznej
- doświadczenie we współpracy z wykonawcami
- teoretyczna i praktyczna znajomość zasad projektowania budynków
- bardzo dobra znajomość programu AutoCAD
- odpowiedzialność, zaangażowanie
- wysoka odporność na stres
- kreatywność w działaniu
- silna motywacja w osiąganiu wyznaczonego celu
- chęć do stałego podnoszenia poziomu swojej wiedzy
- motywacja/predyspozycje/umiejętność zarządzania zespołem architektów
- prawo jazdy kat. B
